AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars ($53,337.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Dellwood
(Blackjack) to be used for the construction of concrete slope
protection, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project in Cavalier Court No.
10132 (86043), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the property owner to be served by said
project has agreed to contribute Three Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty-seven Dollars ($3,337.00) toward the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Dellwood (Blackjack),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-three Thousand Three
Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars ($53,337.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Dellwood (Blackjack) to be used for the construction of
concrete slope protection, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project in Cavalier
Court No. 10132 (86043), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 1986.
