AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement deed for
the construction of a lightwave cable and appurtenances by The
American Telephone and Telegraph Company, across certain District
property in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, in City Block 2520 as
described in deeds recorded in Book 8774, Page 420 and Book 84M,
Pages 959 and 960 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri Records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
easement deed for the construction of a lightwave cable and
appurtenances by The American Telephone and Telegraph Company
across certain District property in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, in City Block 2520 as described in deeds recorded in
Book 8774, Page 420 and Book 84M, Pages 959 and 960 of the City of
St. Louis, Missouri Records.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by
Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 22, 1986.
