AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-eight Thousand
Dollars ($38,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of The University City Branch of
River des Peres to be used for the construction of combination
sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey
and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project in Maintenance Repairs
Number 31 (S-2337, C-1210), in the City of University City,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-eight Thousand Dollars
($38,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of The University
City Branch of River des Peres to be used for the construction of
combination sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project in
Maintenance Repairs Number 31 (S-2337, C-1210), in the City of
University City, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 22, 1986.
