AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Field
Construction, Inc. for the construction of combination sewers in
Maintenance Repairs Number 31 (S-2337, C-1210), in the City of
University City, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Field Construction, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of combination sewers in
Maintenance Repairs Number 31 (S-2337, C-1210), in the City of
University City, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 16th day of
December, 1985, and formally executed on the 7th day of January,
1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 22, 1986.
