AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Million Three Hundred
Fifty-six Thousand Dollars ($3,356,000.00) from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary
sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey
and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project in Upper Maline Trunk
Relief Sewer Phase I, Section D (S-2139, C-1216), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, has agreed to
contribute One Million Five Hundred Eighty-four Thousand Dollars
($1,584,000.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Mississippi River Operating Fund, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Million Three Hundred
Fifty-six Thousand Dollars ($3,356,000.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the
costs of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project
in Upper Maline Trunk Relief Sewer Phase I, Section D (S-2139, C-
1216), in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 22, 1986.
