AN ORDINANCE, transferring One Million Five Hundred
Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($1,555,000.00) from the Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District Sewerage System Revenue Fund to the
General Fund of the District, and appropriating One Million Five
Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($1,555,000.00) from the
General Fund of the District to be used for the relining of sewer
pipe by the Insituform method, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Maintenance Repairs Number 61 (85268), in the City of Florissant,
Missouri, in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri and in
unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred
Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($1,555,000.00) is hereby transferred
from The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Sewerage Revenue
Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of One Million Five Hundred
Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($1,555,000.00) is hereby appropriated
from the General Fund of the District to be used for the relining
of sewer pipe by the Insituform method, together with repayment of
the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project
in Maintenance Repairs Number 61 (85268), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri, in the City of Maryland Heights, Missouri

Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 22, 1986.
