AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Metro Gardens,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in LaVenta-LaSierra -
Phase IV (S-1798, C-1214), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metro Gardens, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
LaVenta-LaSierra - Phase IV (S-1798, C-1214), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 23rd day of
December, 1985, and formally executed on the 7th day of January,
1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
