AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-five Thousand
Dollars ($75,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering
services for the final design of Harvey, Georgia, Suburban Storm
Sewer Project, Contract E-556.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars
($75,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Harvey, Georgia,
Suburban Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-556.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 22, 1986.
