AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-556 with Volz Engineering &
Surveying, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
Harvey, Georgia, Suburban Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-556 with
Volz Engineering & Surveying, Inc. for engineering services for
the final design of Harvey, Georgia, Suburban Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 22, 1986.
