AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($175,000.00) from the Improvement Fund of
Subdistrict #449 (Meramec River Basin-MSD Southwest) for
engineering services for the final design of Baumgartner Treatment
Facility Upgrade Sewer Project, Contract E-562.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($175,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Subdistrict #449 (Meramec River Basin-MSD Southwest) for
engineering services for the final design of Baumgartner Treatment
Facility Upgrade Sewer Project, Contract E-562.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 22, 1986.
