AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-562 with PRC Engineering, Inc.
for engineering services for the final design of Baumgartner
Treatment Facility Upgrade Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-562 with
PRC Engineering, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of Baumgartner Treatment Facility Upgrade Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 22, 1986.
