HomeMy Public PortalAbout06358 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6358 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 528 (Varwig & Double T) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 528 (Varwig & Double T). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 528 (Varwig & Double T) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 VARWIG & DOUBLE T SUBDISTRICT NO. 528 Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 15 of "OLD TRAILS SUBDIVISION," according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 20, of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, said point being the northeast corner of property conveyed to Michael J. Anello and Joyce Anello, his wife by deed recorded in Book 7618, Page 123, of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, said point also being in the west line of Varwig Lane, 40 feet wide; thence southwardly along said west line of Varwig Lane, a distance of 43.46 feet to a point of curvature of a curve to the right, having a radius of 889.78 feet; thence along said curve an arc distance of 89.19 feet to a point; thence westwardly along a line being parallel to the south line of said Lot 15, a distance of 147.12 feet to a point in the west line of said Anello property, said point being distant 134.49 feet south of the southwest corner of said Lot 15; thence southwardly along said west line a distance of 88.01 feet to a point; thence westwardly a distance of 95.29 feet to the southwest corner of property conveyed to Charles Goodhead and Rita Goodhead, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 6901, Page 1551, of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, said point being in the north line of Old St. Charles Rock Road, 40 feet wide; thence northwardly along the west line of said Goodhead property and continuing along its northward prolongation a total distance of 315.23 feet to a point, said point being distant 96.60 feet 3 north of the northwest corner of said Goodhead property; thence westwardly along a line being at right angles to said northward prolongation a distance of 90.76 feet to a point in the east line of property conveyed to August Bellagamba and Louise Bellagamba, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 2073, Page 464, of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; said point being distant 72.00 feet south of the most southwestern corner of Lot 1 of "OLD TRAILS ADDITION," a subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 118, Pages 68 and 69, of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence southwardly along said east line a distance of 62.20 feet to a point; thence westwardly and parallel with the south line of Lot 24 of said "OLD TRAILS ADDITION," a distance of 112.78 feet to a point in the west line of said Bellagamba property, said west line being the east line of property conveyed to Isol Humphrey by instrument recorded in Deed Book 6853, Page 1267, of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office; thence southwardly along said east line, a distance of 23.56 feet to a point; thence westwardly and parallel with the south line of Lots 23 and 24 of said "OLD TRAILS ADDITION," a distance of 99.52 feet to a point in the west line of said Humphrey property; thence northwardly along said west line, a distance of 211.01 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 23; thence northwardly along the west line of said Lot 23 to the northwest corner thereof, said northwest corner being in the south line of Double T Lane, 40 feet wide; thence eastwardly along said south line of Double T Lane to its intersection with the aforesaid west line of Varwig Lane, 40 4 feet wide; thence southwardly along said west line of Varwig Lane to the aforesaid southeast corner of Lot 15 of "OLD TRAILS SUBDIVISION," being the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1986.
