AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-564 with Kenneth Balk and
Associates, Inc. for professional services pertaining to sanitary
and stormwater projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-564 with
Kenneth Balk and Associates, Inc. for professional services
pertaining to sanitary and stormwater projects.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1986.
