AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Baxter Acres
Amended Plat No. 2 in the City of Manchester, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said portion of subject easement
and the District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of a sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the most Southern corner of aforesaid Baxter Acres Amended Plat No. 2 being the intersection of the Eastern line of Baxter Road, forty feet (40') wide, with the East line of said subdivision; thence along the East line North 0 degrees 10 minutes 0 seconds West a distance of two hundred sixty-six and 52/100 feet (266.52') to a point in the Southern line of Baxter Road (as relocated); thence along said South Road line North 66 degrees 39 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of Twenty-one and 81/100 feet (21.81') to a point; thence leaving said Road line South 0 degrees 10 minutes 0 seconds East a distance of two hundred thirty-seven and 08/100 feet (237.08') to a point in the Eastern line of Baxter Road, forty feet (40') wide; thence along said Eastern line South 27 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of forty-three and 07/100 feet (43.07') to the point of beginning in said Baxter Acres Amended Plat No. 2, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 93, Pages 32 and 33 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1986.
