AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in part of Lot
23 of the Subdivision of Coburg Lands in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That North and South fifteen feet (15') wide sewer easement
granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed
recorded in Book 3642, Pages 454 and 455 of the St. Louis
County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1986.
