AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighteen Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($18,700.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Litzsinger Road No. 10085 (S-2236, C-1203), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the property owner to be served by said
project has agreed to contribute Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($9,350.00) toward the cost of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($18,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together
with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in Litzsinger Road No. 10085 (S-2236, C-
1203), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1986.
