AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($60,300.00) from the General Fund of the District
to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in Conway-Twin Creeks (S-2118, C-1213), in
the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Twenty Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($20,100.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the General Fund of the
District, and
WHEREAS, the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri has agreed
to contribute Forty Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($40,200.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the General
Fund of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($60,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District to be used for the construction of storm sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project in Conway-Twin Creeks (S-2118, C-
1213), in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 1986.
