AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Unnerstall
Construction Co., Ltd. for the construction of storm sewers in
Conway-Twin Creeks (S-2118, C-1213), in the City of Creve Coeur,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Unnerstall Construction Co., Ltd. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Conway-Twin Creeks (S-2118, C-1213), in the City of Creve Coeur,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 10th day of January, 1986, and
formally executed on the 21st day of January, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
