AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Field
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Grant &
Fieldcrest (S-2282, C-1215), in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Field Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Grant
& Fieldcrest (S-2282, C-1215), in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 13th day of January, 1986, and
formally executed on the 21st day of January, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
