AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars ($35,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering
services for the final design of Wedgwood Creek No. IV Sewer
Project, Contract E-566.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
No.IV for engineering services for the final design of Wedgwood
Creek Sewer Project, Contract E-566.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 26, 1986.
