AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-566 with Polk Design
Consultants, Ltd. for engineering services for the final design of
Wedgwood Creek No. IV Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-566 with
Polk Design Consultants, Ltd. for engineering services for the
final design of Wedgwood Creek No. IV Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 26, 1986.
