AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-three Thousand
Dollars ($43,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering
services for the final design of Glouchester-Haddock Storm Sewer
Project, Contract E-567.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-three Thousand Dollars
($43,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Glouchester-Haddock
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-567.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 26, 1986.
