AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Mississippi River Subdistrict for
engineering services for the final design of Jeffords-Bartolet
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-569.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict for engineering services for the final design of
Jeffords-Bartolet Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-569.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 26, 1986.
