AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-571 with Lapin-Ellis &
Associates for engineering services for a storm and sanitary sewer
study of the East Clayton Central Sewer System.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-571 with
Lapin-Ellis & Associates for engineering services for a storm and
sanitary sewer study of the East Clayton Central Sewer System.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 26, 1986.
