AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 2 of Koman Subdivision, a subdivision in the City of
Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the northwesternmost corner of said Lot 2; thence
along the western line of said Lot 2 South 29 degrees 59
minutes 16 seconds East a distance of three hundred seventy -
two and 05/100 feet (372.05') to a point on the centerline of
a ten foot (10') wide easement; thence along said centerline
North 51 degrees 34 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of two
hundred twenty seven and 54/100 feet (227.54') to the actual
point of beginning; thence North 82 degrees 50 minutes 03
seconds West a distance of seven and 00/100 feet (7.00') to a
point; thence North 51 degrees 34 minutes 37 seconds East a
distance of fifty seven and 03/100 feet (57.03') to a point;
thence South 49 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds East a distance
of seventy six and 75/100 feet (76.75') to a point; thence
North 82 degrees 50 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of
eighteen and 07/100 feet (18.07') to a point; thence North 49
degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of fifty three
and 43/100 feet (53.43') to a point; thence South 51 degrees
34 minutes 37 seconds West a distance of thirty eight and
97/100 feet (38.97') to a point; thence North 82 degrees 50
minutes 03 seconds West a distance of seven and 00/100 feet
(7.00') to the actual point of beginning in said Lot 2 of
Koman Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 204, Page 67 of
the St. Louis County records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 26, 1986.
