AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer to subordinate certain rights
across portions of easements owned by The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to the Missouri Highways and Transportation
Commission for the purpose of highway construction on Interstate
Route 255, east of Telegraph Road to the Mississippi River in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said
easement will not interfere with the sewer services provided
therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute
on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District an
instrument subordinating certain rights across portions of
easements owned by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for the
purpose of highway construction on Interstate Route 255, east of
Telegraph Road to the Mississippi River, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. The instrument as authorized by Section
One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 26, 1986.
