AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ten Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($10,600.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account to
pay Missouri Enterprises, Inc. a recoupment for sanitary sewer
construction costs advanced by it pursuant to a recoupment
contract with the District, dated January 22, 1986, as authorized
by Ordinance No. 5617, adopted May 9, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($10,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee
Connection Fees Account to pay Missouri Enterprises, Inc. a
recoupment for sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by it
pursuant to a recoupment contract with the District, dated January
22, 1986, as authorized by Ordinance No. 5617, adopted May 9,
1984.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 26, 1986.
