AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Two Hundred
Eighty-three Thousand Dollars ($283,000.00) from the General Fund
of the District for the purchase of certain real property in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri for use as offices for the planning
and construction departments of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Eighty-three
Thousand Dollars ($283,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for the purchase of certain real
property in the City of St. Louis, Missouri for the use as offices
for the planning and construction departments of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 26, 1986.
