July 23, 1987 at 7:15 P.M. for discussion of the acceptance of the
final agreement regarding the Dockside development.
Present: Mayor, Thomas Anderson; Councilmembers Wilfred Scherer,
Anne Theis, Stephen Schmit; Clerk -Treasurer, Donna Roehl;
Planning and Zoning Administrator, JoEllen Hurr; Attorney,
Ron Batty
Absent: Councilmember, Robert Mitchell
JoEllen Hurr reported that the building plans for Lot 10 had been
submitted with a square footage of 2162. She stated that this
included the garage and would bring the total square footage to
16,150.
Moved by Scherer, seconded by Theis to accept the final memo of agree-
ment between the City of Medina and John Spaeth for the Dockside project
and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the prepared documents.
Motion declared carried

Mayor Anderson announced that the City Manager of White Bear Lake would
not be present to present information regarding City Administrators/Managers
bedause of the severe weather so the discussion would need to be rescheduled.
Moved by Scherer, seconded by Schmit to adjourn.
Motion declared carried
