REJECTING AND RE-ADVERTISING BID FOR 29 or 32
- ADULT PASSENGER BUS
WHEREAS, , bids for a 29 or 32 Adult Passenger Bus were
authorized by Resolution #96-216 on August 15, 1996; and
WHEREAS, on October 17, 1996 one bid was received; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of
Carteret to reject the previous bid and re-advertise said
bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret do hereby reject the bid for a 29 or
32 Adult Passenger Bus and authorize the Purchasing Agent to
re-advertise said bid.
Adopted this 7th day of November, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 8, 1996.
