AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering
services for the final design of #7427 Foxtrot Storm Sewer
Project, Contract E-572.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) toward the costs of
said services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Hazelwood, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) toward
the costs of said services; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($7,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for the final design of #7427 Foxtrot
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-572.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1986.
