AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund for the
final design of 5500 Block of Sapphire Avenue Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-574.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) toward the costs of said
services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source said
money will be returned to the Mississippi River Construction Fund,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Jennings, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) toward the costs of
said services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Mississippi River Construction
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund for engineering services for the final design of
5500 Block of Sapphire Avenue Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-574.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1986.
