AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-three Thousand
Dollars ($33,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Loretta Joplin for engineering
services for the final design of West Felton & Arlee Storm Sewer
Project, Contract E-576.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000.00) toward the costs of said
services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Loretta Joplin, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Eleven Thousand Dollars ($11,000.00) toward the costs
of said services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Loretta Joplin.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-three Thousand Dollars
($33,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Loretta Joplin
for engineering services for the final design of West Felton &
Arlee Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-576.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1986.
