AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-eight Thousand
Dollars ($28,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for engineering
services for the final design of No. 40 Hiddenbrook Storm Sewer
Project, Contract E-577.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-three Dollars ($9,333.00)
toward the costs of said services; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek,
and
WHEREAS, the City of Black Jack, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-four Dollars
($9,334.00) toward the costs of said services; upon the receipt of
such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Dollars
($28,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for the final design of #40 Hiddenbrook
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-577.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1986.
