AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering services for the
final design of Calumet 9900 Block (Phase III) Storm Sewer
Project, Contract E-579.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Five Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-three Dollars ($5,333.00)
toward the costs of said services; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri
has agreed to contribute Five Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-four
Dollars ($5,334.00) toward the costs of said services; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for
engineering services for the final design of Calumet 9900 Block
(Phase III) Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-579.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1986.
