AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Lee's
Excavating Company for the construction of storm sewers in Taylor
Estates #7 (S-1578, C-1219), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Lee's Excavating Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Taylor
Estates #7 (S-1578, C-1219), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 14th day of February, 1986, and
formally executed on the 25th day of February, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
