AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirteen Thousand Four
Hundred Forty Dollars ($13,440.00) from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund to be used for the construction of storm sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project in Candlewick Subdivision - Point
Drive Lots 30 & 31 (85132), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Four Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Dollars ($4,480.00) toward the
total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Mississippi River
Construction Fund, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Dollars ($8,960.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Mississippi River Construction Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Four
Hundred Forty Dollars ($13,440.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Candlewick Subdivision - Point Drive Lots 30 & 31 (85132), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1986.
