AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Lee's
Excavating Company for the construction of Candlewick Subdivision
- Point Drive Lots 30 & 31 (85132), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Lee's Excavating Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Candlewick Subdivision - Point Drive Lots 30 & 31 (85132), in St.
Louis County, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 14th day of
February, 1986, and formally executed on the 25th day of February,
1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1986.
