AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-seven Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($27,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project
in Maintenance Repairs Number 60 (85256), in the City of Sunset
Hills, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-seven Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($27,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project in Maintenance Repairs Number 60
(85256), in the City of Sunset Hills, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1986.
