AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Maintenance Repairs Number 60 (85256), in the City of Sunset
Hills, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Maintenance Repairs Number 60 (85256), in the City of Sunset
Hills, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 6th day of February,
1986, and formally executed on the 25th day of February, 1986, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
