AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Seventy-six
Thousand Dollars ($76,000.00) from the Mississippi River Principal
and Interest Fund for interest payments for the balance of the
current fiscal year.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-six Thousand Dollars
($76,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Principal and Interest Fund for interest payments for the balance
of the current fiscal year.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 1986.
