AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-one Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($71,400.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project
costs for the construction of storm sewers in Warson Place - Phase
I (S-2055, C-1220), in the City of Rock Hill, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Sixty-seven Thousand Seventy-three Dollars ($67,073.00),
and the cost of inspection, construction staking, advertisement
costs, easement charges and allowance for construction change
orders is Four Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-seven Dollars
($4,327.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Twenty-three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($23,800.00) toward
the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Rock Hill, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Twenty-three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars
($23,800.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-one Thousand Four
Hundred Dollars ($71,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Warson Place - Phase I (S-2055, C-1220), in the City of
Rock Hill, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
