AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Lee's
Excavating Company for the construction of a gabion wall in
Litzsinger Road No. 9809 (85017), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Lee's Excavating Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall in
Litzsinger Road No. 9809 (85017), in the City of Ladue, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 24th day of February, 1986, and
formally executed on the 11th day of March, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
