AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirteen Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($13,800.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project
in Flamingo Drive No. 13-17 (85032) in the City of Hazelwood,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-nine and 11/100
Dollars ($10,799.11), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Three Thousand and 89/100 Dollars
($3,000.89), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Four Thousand Six Hundred Dollar.s ($4,600.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Hazelwood, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Four Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($4,600.00) toward
the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Eight
Hundred Dollars ($13,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project in Flamingo Drive No. 13-17
(85032), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
