AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Five Thousand
Dollars ($305,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund
to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project in St. Eugene and St. Edward Sanitary Relief
Sewer (85104), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Two Hundred Eighty-six Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-two
and 40/100 Dollars ($286,582.40), and the cost of inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred
Seventeen and 60/100 Dollars ($18,417.60).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Five Thousand
Dollars ($305,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Revenue Fund to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project in St.
Eugene and St. Edward Sanitary Relief Sewer (85104), in the City
of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
