AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc., for the construction of sanitary sewers in St. Eugene
and St. Edward Sanitary Relief Sewer (85104), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in St.
Eugene and St. Edward Sanitary Relief Sewer (85104), in the City
of Florissant, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 21st day of
February, 1986, and formally executed on the 11th day of March,
1985, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
