AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty three Thousand Five
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($53,550.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project in Grand & Victor Phase II (86053),
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Forty-five Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Dollars
($45,790.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty
Dollars ($7,760.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-three Thousand Five
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($53,550.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project in Grand &
Victor Phase II (86053), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
