AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Grand & Victor Phase II (86053), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Grand & Victor Phase II (86053), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 20th day of February,
1986, and formally executed on the 11th day of March, 1986, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
