AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Dollars
($1,000,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction Fund for
Construction Management Services for the Bissell Point Secondary
Treatment Project (Part of Federal Project No. C-290641), M.S.D.
Contract E-442, Amendment #3.
WHEREAS, Amendment #3 to Contract E-442 between The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and Sverdrup & Parcel and
Associates, Inc. and Havens and Emerson, Inc., a Joint Venture, is
for Construction Management Services for the Bissell Point
Secondary Treatment Project at a total price of Seventeen Million
Two Hundred Ninety-seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-four Dollars
($17,297,554.00), and this is the first appropriation under
Amendment #3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Dollars
($1,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund for Construction Management Services for the
Bissell Point Secondary Treatment Project (Part of Federal Project
No. C-290641), M.S.D. Contract E-442, Amendment #3.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
