AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendments No. 1, No. 2 and No.
3 to Contract E-442 with Sverdup & Parcel and Associates, Inc. and
Havens and Emerson, Inc., a joint venture, for professional
services for the Bissell Point Secondary Treatment Project (Part
of Federal Project No. C-290641).
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 is required to define
additional design activities to conduct an Alternative Site
Comparison Study, and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 is required to further define
scope of services, time and fees and payments for final design
activities, and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 3 is required to define scope of
services, time and fees and payments for construction management
services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendments No.
1, No. 2 and No. 3 to Contract E-442 with Sverdup & Parcel and
Associates, Inc. and Havens and Emerson, Inc., a joint venture,
for professional services for the Bissell Point Secondary
Treatment Project (Part of Federal Project No. C-290641).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1986.
